Implement Seasons Button #294

replaces Tokens menu item with Seasons. MenuTokens.as renamed to MenuSeasons.as. The button is grayed out but have hover text as there is no season menu.

language string for "menu_seasons" needed, English string would be something like "SEASONS"

For context, this is being added because we removed all of the token data from the siteData query. (Saving 150KB for the user to download when loading.)
