Token redefinition: Here We Go

Currently, the Token "Here We Go" is unlocked by achieving an FC (Full Combo) on 95% of the songs in the game.

This causes variability over time, since the absolute number of songs to FC increases every time new songs are added. Inevitably, it becomes more and more tedious for new players to achieve that requirement, and makes the completion of tokens less appealing, especially given the massive time factor that goes into this particular token.

In order to make it more stable over time, user "Untimely Friction" along with others suggested we could redefine the token's requirement for the following:

Achieve a Full Combo on 99% of the non-legacy songs released before Here We Go.

This does a few things:

1. Some people will have unlocked the token prior to this potential change, and might not fullfil the new requirements. The best option is likely to have these people keep the token anyway to be fair;
2. The token will, from then on, have a fixed requirement that is invariant over time;
3. The "difficulty" of the token will reflect what it was at the time of its release.

I'd amend the requirement to be true to the original requirement: FC 99% of songs released before Here We Go (as it was 99% of FCs when it was released).
