Roll command should be converted to use the same pattern as other long running commands

As of right now, the roll command just sends an ephemeral thinking... message to ensure the request doesn't time out. This works, but is not ideal because it hides the person who ran the command

It works differently to how other newer commands do as it was made without this pattern in mind
