Update build + documentation to force using Flashlight's 0.3 branch #1004

Summary: wav2letter recipes aren't compatible wtih fl::Tensor (yet) and likely won't be updated for some time, if at all. Stipulate at build time and in documentation that the Flashlight 0.3 branch must be used.
