wav2letter install problem at Colab(ERROR: Command errored out with exit status 1)

Below is my coding

As guided at other issues, I uninstalled colab cuda 11.0 and reinstalled a cuda 10.1

and any other suggested stuff to debug, I still get an error. (1. os.environ['KENLM_ROOT_DIR'] = "/content/drive/MyDrive/Code/wav2vec2/self-supervised-speech-recognition/libs/kenlm/"

2. !export USE_CUDA=0
3. Delete 'build' folder everytime I start '!pip install -e .'
