This PR resolves following issues: https://github.com/flashmob/go-guerrilla/issues/156 https://github.com/flashmob/go-guerrilla/issues/155 https://github.com/flashmob/go-guerrilla/issues/154 https://github.com/flashmob/go-guerrilla/issues/153

Also some minor code was cleaned where it made sense.

There is much more to do :-)
