Meson fails after compilation when installing #333

The command sudo meson install -C builddir fails with:

Dropping privileges to 'user' before running ninja... ninja: Entering directory `/home/user/src/flashrom/builddir' [2/2] Generating doc/man-pages with a custom command

ERROR: File 'doc/man8' could not be found
