Port build metadata parser to GLib keyfile #318

Removed because unused:

tag parsing
extension parsing
Built extension parsing
Entire Application or runtime group parsing - only what is needed ie. value of name key
Entire extra-data group parsing - just need to know if it is there or not.

Added because might be needed in future

Environment group parsing

Fixes https://github.com/flathub-infra/flatpak-builder-lint/issues/316 as entries are now merged together

I'm guessing the manifest here needs to be updated but I think the deps should already be in either via the Flatpak builder baseapp or runtime, I can check later
