Update of extensions #389

could you implement an update of the used extensions within a manifest?

What do you mean by extensions?

With extensions I meant

runtimes as well as the corresponding SDKs
extensions that can be specified by the sdk-extensions and add-extensions key words

For the runtimes I always get a PR from someone, I wasn't aware those extensions you mentioned existed. Sounds like good ideas but I'm not a developer of this software.

Btw, maybe offtopic: Submodules can be upgraded by Dependabot.
