Application metrics #207

Allowing the developer and user to see application metrics would be really useful. As the developer of io.gitlab.o20.word, it would be really nice to have access to metrics (number of users, version, location), like I can on snapcraft.io. This feature is very useful, allowing you to see whether your new releases met a good reception, and in fact now that everybody install the flatpak for my app, the snapcraft metrics are slowly going down! It would also be useful for users, because then they can also see the history of your app and if people liked it as much as older versions.
