EOL app indication #299

The app page and app listing (search, explore) should have end-of-life indication, at least as long the policy is not to remove EOL apps immediately from the app store.

The app was probably not EOL'ed properly, I will handle it. Thanks

Should be handled now, the app should disappear from the store in few hours
