New "game emulators" category #2396

All the most popular "games" on Flathub are emulators, which looks a bit awkward on the home page (not a single actually playable game is visible):

Even on the actual games page, the first 30 or so items are all emulators or launchers:

Since we already have an emulator tag I wonder if we could just use that to make a separate new category (which would also have its own section on the home page)?

One question with that is whether we'd want launchers (e.g. Steam, Lutris) to be part of this new category as well, since conceptually they're much closer to emulators than standalone games. I feel like "Game Emulators & Launchers" could work maybe.

I was going to just do that some of these days, but the part about launchers is "new". I don't think they have category metadata, that allows for this, as I don't think the category launcher existed.
