Add `StartupNotify`/`StartupWMClass` to desktop file #15

Fixes window association issue that would prevent the app from being added to favorites.

I know this will get a bit messy when you have more than one version of the app installed (and running) simultaneously, since the value of the WM_CLASS property still remains the same across different versions.

We could technically work around that with a patch that would name WM_CLASS according to each version, but right now I'm not interested in writing one.
