opening custom uri schemes from other apps does not work #115

maybe we need to use this portal api to install the desktop file to a special place? https://docs.flatpak.org/en/latest/portal-api-reference.html#gdbus-org.freedesktop.portal.DynamicLauncher

can others reproduce this on your os/setup?

to reproduce run 

xdg-open "dcaccount:https://mailadm.try.webxdc.org/?t=90d_f7v5c5xrtntpkqe&n=try90d"

seems to have resolved itself, maybe after a restart? anyways I can not reproduce this issue anymore
