upgrade to v1.45.4 #130

remove sqlcipher compiling, because it is vendored/included in core: closes https://github.com/flathub/chat.delta.desktop/issues/121

merged deltachat-core-rust.yml into chat.delta.desktop.yml

remove chat.delta.core.rust.yml since it is not used by anything and just duplicated code

add script to help with making updates: generate.sh

add autocomplete and schema validation for flatpak manifests in vscode

moved generated sources to their own folder

updated readme

added new screenshots closes #112
