Add XDG_PICTURES_DIR to the accessible locations #24

Currently, only XDG_DOWNLOAD_DIR is accessible, but things like screenshots and pictures live in XDG_PICTURES_DIR. Since it's fairly reasonable to wish to upload screenshots and pictures to a chat, the Pictures directory should be included in the accessible locations.
