Update workspaces client to Focal release 2023.2.4580. #63

This is based on @bbhtt https://github.com/flathub/com.amazon.Workspaces/pull/52 merge request. Very similar to #62. Trying to work around the NVIDIA graphics rendering issue + no network connectivity in app.

New release pushed out (2024.0) for Jammy and focal. Will rebase this on newest releases. Maybe something will work with this release....hopefully.
