The ARM version is not needed since we don't provide an ARM compatible package.

Also, since we're installing binary directly now, you can remove golang from sdk extensions.

I've made the changes you requested. Perhaps in the future we can rebuild Git-LFS from source again, but perhaps it should be moved to shared-modules so that it's easier to manage for us all
