Add polkit dbus permission #200

@ghisvail Upstream Linux biometrics have been merged. I had tested it at the time, and it worked. (Biometric unlock requires secret service + polkit access, so the extra polkit permission of the PR allows biometrics to work in flatpak. Automatic setup does not work, but we are working on documenting manual setup instructions for the polkit policies, which should also make it work for flatpak only users).
