Window overlap issue when snapping multiple instances to different sides of the screen.

Bug Report

Operating System: Linux Mint 21.3

Summary: Unexpected window overlap issue in Brave browser when snapping multiple instances to different sides of the screen.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Open two separate instances of the Brave browser.
• Snap one window to the left half of the screen using your operating system's built-in window management features (e.g., GNOME Shell).
• Snap the other window to the right side of the screen, also using your operating system's window management tools.

Expected Behavior: Each instance of Brave browser should occupy its respective snapped area without overlapping with each other.

Observed Behavior: Starting from version update 6621834f and onwards (including 577ee29b), both instances of Brave browser overlap in the middle of the screen, rather than maintaining their separate positions on either side of the screen as expected.
