You might need to set --env=GDK_PIXBUF_MODULE_FILE=/app/lib/gdk-pixbuf-2.0/2.10.0/loaders.cache otherwise it will pick the loader cache from runtime.

Ah nevermind this overrides entire gdk-pixbuf, with the libdir set to /app/lib so the env var is not needed.
