Windows client : shortcut keys management while not focus #142

Hey there,

Just noticed that on Windows the Fighcade client is reading keys and shortcuts while the application has not with Focus in Windowed mode.

For instance Audio can be muted while doing others things on another application.

Sorry, I'm going to have to mark this as 'Won't Fix' since I'm pretty sure this is an issue with Fightcade upstream, not exclusive to the Flatpak. If you can figure out whether this works on Linux normally and is just a Flatpak-exclusive issue then it might be worth looking into.

Though I can't even find the option to set a hotkey in the Fightcade client, so I'm not exactly sure if it is a feature? Unless you're referring to in-emulator, in which case Flycast should mostly be expected to be the same between Windows and Linux but FBNeo uses Wine so I imagine there are a lot of features that don't work as expected.
