Sound does not work #4

Sound: Disabled (couldn't find the sfx directory /app/share/games/abuse/sfx)

Probably disabled by default because some of the sound/music assets are non-free.

Browsing some of the original community pages for Abuse, I found the original page for "fRaBs", the free Abuse data files:

This is the latest version of the page: http://web.archive.org/web/20021017130836/http://www.cs.uidaho.edu/~cass0664/fRaBs/ where the link to the zip file is still correct, and it says:

As far as I know, there is no material in this archive that is not public domain.

Which is probably good enough for us to ship it, for free, on Flathub, or at the very least the sound files.

We would also need to make sure that SDL2-mixer and the necessary soundfonts are installed, as per https://github.com/Xenoveritas/abuse/issues/7#issuecomment-471338735

Using https://github.com/IntinteDAO/fRaBs is another option, the game sounds there are all from other free projects.
