Update runtime to version 41 #21

I adjusted the work of #20 and added the patches from my AUR packaging. This would also fix #18 for now.

Updating to version 42 is currently not possible, since the build is broken there even with all the patches due to https://github.com/bleakgrey/tootle/issues/353

If you update to runtime 42, I'd be happy to merge this.

It needs more patches.

@hfiguiere Is runtime 41 EoL? Otherwise I see no reason, not to merge. Better 41 than 40.
