Update modules and add flatpak-external-data-checker #16

Adds flatpak-external-data-checker for automated PRs to keep modules up to date. Also updates all modules, including mpv, which now has new required dependencies, so those new dependencies were added.

I have been using this branch for a bit over a week, and haven't found any issues with the updated modules.

I don't have an arm device, so I was unaware that it would fail to build. I'll try to fix the arm build later.

Edit: oh, it's because I deleted the separate aarch64 mpv module while working on this and never added it back

Really appreciate this. I would always update this file by hand and it took forever.
