Add dri permissions #38

There was some wayland-egl errors. DRI is needed.

Oh no, I'm ashamed to say I forgot about this more one once.

Historically the lack dri rarely caused errors and it never seemed mandatory. Now it appears to be the reason for the application gui never showing up on my laptop. Perhaps it is also the cause of https://github.com/wwmm/pulseeffects/issues/804.
