Need to add icon to the appdata #4

In order for extra-data apps to display correctly in app stores such as GNOME Software you need to specify a remote icon, like the spotify appdata does: https://github.com/flathub/com.spotify.Client/blob/master/com.spotify.Client.appdata.xml#L11

The Spotify method of a remote icon is not necessary since this isn't proprietary. Just ensure the desktop file points to a valid icon.

EDIT: Also at a glance your appdata file is pointing to the wrong desktop name atm?
