mouse cursor theme is wrong #23

It affects not only chrome but also chromium. It seems that this spawn process thing, deletes a bunch of environment variables.

Is this on chrome://restart? If so I'm working on a fix right now

@refi64 I don't know chrome://restart restarts chrome. The mouse cursor theme was never applied. I think chrome looses environment variables on initial startup.

I had problems with the mouse cursor theme in Audacity and LibreOffice flatpaks, maybe this is related. I could workaround it by switching to the GNOME runtime:

$ flatpak run --runtime=org.gnome.Platform//3.38 com.google.Chrome
