Web Midi missing devices #27

Adding --filesystem=/run/udev/data in the run command line works around the issue.

Can be reproduced with a midi device connected, it should show up in the list on https://webmidi-examples.glitch.me/

We can't really do much about this for now, udev's ABI is not stable here so it's sort of just hanging on a device portal or similar.
