Latest update crashes after startup #88

Had to go back to previous commit c2ca0e52713298d53a9a2c40f357f2d1d72125ab00b8b568a0334f10e42a9002 and the problem was fixed. It crashes when opening project.

It seems to be something to do with the "What's New" page, disabling it in Appearance & Behavior > System Settings > Updates, seems to work around the issue.

Just figured out this is a duplicate of #74, anything using a WebView will still crash it, copying idea.properties fixes it.

That's it, copied idea.properties to 2024.1 and enabled the "What's new" option and it didn't crash.
