hmm, it works for me on my Fedora Silverblue desktop. The graph view is something I always test before publish a new flatpak version.
Could you share the following information:
I have two machines, desktop and laptop, both using the Fedora 40 KDE Plasma Spin. Interesting enough, it works again on the laptop, still no success on the desktop. LMK if i can test a beta / snapshot.

It seems like the graph view is broken for the flathub package of Logseq (Appimage from the releases page works fine). It does not appear / seem to be empty at first, and after some toggles on the right it appears, but seems to be broken (see below).
