Update MakeMKV to 1.17.8 and FFmpeg #96

Hello,

A new release of MakeMKV is out. This release fixes the problem using FLAC profile on recent versions of FFmpeg, so it can be built again with latest version instead of 4.4.x:

Notable bug fixes:

  • Audio transcoding failed on Linux when built with recent ffmpeg

This can be merged on PR https://github.com/flathub/com.makemkv.MakeMKV/pull/92.

Is it normal that users have to come here to ask for updates every time? The new 1.17.8 came out on 30.9.2024, almost a month ago. Is there some technical hurdle that prevents timely updates to Flatpak package of MakeMKV? I see from the PR #92 that the flathubbot made the PR automatically a month ago and all checks have passed but it's not committed? The org.videolan.VLC.Plugin.makemkv Flatpak was updated early today, that took a month too.

Very little interest to manage these updates/github repos? Is it possible to set the flathubbot to automatically commit the update PR's if all checks pass?
