Any chance you are running Wayland? If so, it may be a XWayland issue.
@ASCIIWOLF, I am utilising Wayland. How am I able to verify what is causing this problem?
I have attached 1 retrace of the problem to 'http://github.com/flathub/com.mojang.Minecraft/issues/120#issue-1143946399', because hopefully this is useful.
It looks that there is something wrong on your system and XWayland does not work properly for you. I am afraid there's nothing I can do from my (this Flatpak's) side to fix your issue.
Understood. My version of Fedora Server is the least stable, so this problem is not unexpected. I am thankful for the confirmation.
