Added support for discord RP mods #133

Added support for discord RP like instructed in the discord flatpak package. https://github.com/flathub/com.discordapp.Discord/wiki/Rich-Precense-(discord-rpc)#flatpak-applications

This was only tested with the Essential mod. However there's no reason for other mods to not work.

No reason other than my lack of free time. Feel free to merge the PR if you have this tested and can confirm that it actually works fine. :-)
