Add appdata #50

I noticed on GNOME Software that the license for 0 A.D. is incorrect.

0ad-license

I believe adding Appdata XML may fix this issue. I could be wrong, but probably Appdata isn't a bad thing to have.

However, the upstream appdata file contains the tag GPL-2.0+ and CC-BY-SA and passes validation: https://flathub.org/builds/#/builders/35/builds/11129
