loudness normalization setting has no effect #182

I can change the setting, but it has no effect at all. it seams to be stuck at "loud", which is the worst one

Unless you have evidence this is specific to Flatpak its probably just a Spotify bug.

probably a Spotify bug. any idea what could cause this? spotify devs don't seam to be reachable
