Yesterday, it still worked and other Flatpaks don't have this issue:

$ flatpak run com.spotify.Client 
bwrap: Can't mkdir /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/GL: Read-only file system
error: ldconfig failed, exit status 256

Installing org.freedesktop.Platform.Compat.i386//22.08 as suggested here doesn't help either.

Seems to have resolved itself.
