Changing manifest format breaks all git history and I don't see benefits of that. Did you test if ffmpeg 6 works with spotify (local files playback)?

Please don't add update checker for python modules and ffmpeg for which spotify has strict version dependency (and is why it doesn't use ffmpeg from runtime).

Those should be updated manually after confirming they work first.

Ok so :

• limited to ffmpeg < 5 , so 4.4.4 is the last one with the same soname
• removed the checks for python packages, will have to be done manually

Local play don't work with the stable version per #243, but work in the beta version.
