I'd suggest to revert this. Transmission crashes with GNOME 43 runtime, as soon as you download something. I noticed the same problem with Fragments. As far I was able to find out, it's a incompatibility with Transmission and OpenSSL 3.x.

It seems to work when you enable legacy providers in OpenSSL, but not sure if that should be considered as "proper solution".
