Manifest: Automatic conversion from JSON to YAML #152

This was done per python flatpak-json2yaml.py ../com.tutanota.Tutanota/com.tutanota.Tutanota.json Additionally, adjust gitignore to ignore flatpak-builder files. Lastly, add a small Makefile to ease the use of flatpak and flatpak-builder.

No further adjustments are done to the converted file, this is just a format change.
