Add gamemode patch (release 51.10) #462

Will be required for 51.10 to build, and for future release as long as there's no new gamemode version including this commit.

What happened to submitting manifest patches to the Bottlesdevs/bottles repo?

@orowith2os I'm not sure what you mean? The patch is also in the Bottlesdevs/bottles, it is needed there for local builds, and needed here for flatpak builds.

If there were a way to inline the patch inside the manifest (no external file) then this PR wouldn't be necessary, but afaik this is not doable unfortunately

Not needed anymore: gamemode 1.8 got released!
