Correctly EOL this repo

This old MangoHud ref still seems to be active and displayed alongside the new one (in both GNOME Software and flatpak cli):

The eol commit didn't build successfully. You might want to disable appstream check & re-run it first

The problem is due to the app (Steam) doesn't have an extension point for this extension anymore. So, it won't build anymore.
