Steam top menu is blank or rendering incorrectly seem like graphic issue

Reopen this issue again as the problem is reproduce back

Confirming this issue, deleting .var/com.val... directory, it is fine on first launch but problems starts to occur from second launch onwards.

Same issue here on NVIDIA 1060 driver 525.89, Void Linux, GNOME 43.2, Wayland.

Workaround (that worked for me): clear cache folder before launching the client.

$ rm -fr ~/.var/app/com.valvesoftware.Steam/cache/* && flatpak run com.valvesoftware.Steam
