Problem description
Steam controller is a device that emulates mouse by default. It has two working modes, first, when Steam is not running, it acts as a normal mouse, the second mode, when the Steam is running, it takes control over the Controller and the mouse is emulated by the Steam app. The second mode is not working at all.
Does this issue reproduce with native Steam
I did not test it with current version of Steam, but I was using native Steam half year ago and it worked.
