Unable open external disk on Ubuntu 24.04 #1301

I recently upgrade from Ubuntu 22.04 to 24.04 and Steam from flathub does not work with external disk library. In Ubuntu 22.04 you need add permission to access to the external disk using:

flatpak override --user --filesystem=/media/my-username/ com.valvesoftware.Steam;

And works fine, but in Ubuntu 24.04 can not add the library from same external disk. When select the external disk from folder prompt says /run/user/1000/DOC/FOO.../STEAMLIBRARY and says NON-STEAM 744.88GB, but is my library with the all games but the path is wrong.

How to resolve this?

24.04 is a very recent release, and still in beta testing afaik. very possible chance that it's a kernel issue since the last release on this repository was actually before 24.04 released (25th of april)

i have tried it today after update && upgrade and now it detects my external usb drives

WD My Book with the latest updates does not mount on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
