Tool not works with VSCodium #3

Tool works only with VSCode and Code-OSS

Looks like VSCodium has similar extension point for tools, but with a different ID prefix. We can't do about it from the side of this extension; maybe ask VSCodium maintainers to change the extension point namespace to reuse VSCode tools as is.

Is this still true? It works for me when I add com.visualstudio.code.tool.fish to FLATPAK_ENABLE_SDK_EXT.
