Include VsCodium URL handler #293

When installing VsCodium outside of Flatpak, VsCodium includes the desktop file codium-url-handler.desktop which allows VsCodium to open x-scheme-handler/vscodium mine types used b extensions use such as Gitpod to sign in. the VsCode (flatpak) equivalent is already includeed since https://github.com/flathub/com.visualstudio.code/commit/57e3681498077882759dc281f5df02fa806a11db
