Install content from .deb package during build rather than install. #139

Currently, the content from the .deb package is downloaded and added to the Flatpak image during the install phase rather than the build phase. However, this results in some files necessary for the Appstream phase of the build (i.e. icons and .desktop files) not being present when needed. Since all of these files are present in the .deb file that is obtained during the install phase, this problem is easily remedied by just including the content from the .deb during the build rather than install phase.
