Add AARCH64 Support #40

Currently this only targets x86_64. This issue is for adding the ability to install ares on AARCH64 devices

I'm not sure what is involved here and have tried doing some preliminary research but I think I need to understand more of how apps are packaged to Flathub.

Can you build, install and run Ares on ARM devices? I thought it was optimized for x86 only.
