[115] Reinvestigate providing langpacks as application extensions #72

First attempt with BB 102 was not successful because there was no migration path within one major release: #70

With the stable release 115.0 BB now provides language packs. We try to install them as application extensions in preparation of the flatpak release in PR #90.

We will switch to application extensions with 115.0 as discussed in #90. Closing this issue.
